Terms of Service

Last updated July 26, 2026

The short version

@You is a personal assistant that helps you stay close to people who matter, entirely over text message. You give us your mobile number, you tell us who you care about, and we send you gentle reminders to reach out. We never contact the people on your list — only you.

Your account

Your mobile phone number is your account. You must be at least 18 years old and be the authorized owner of the number you register. Keep access to your phone secure, since anyone who can receive your verification codes can reach your account.

Text messages

By registering your number and checking the consent box during signup, you agree to receive automated text messages from @You. Message frequency varies based on the reminders you create. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

The people you add

Information you save about other people is yours, and we treat it as private. @You does not text, call, or otherwise contact anyone on your list. When a reminder includes a phone number, it is shown only to you, so you can choose to reach out yourself. You are responsible for having a legitimate personal reason to store the information you add.

Subscription and billing

@You includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed monthly through our payment processor, Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges at the end of the current billing period. We do not store your card details.

Acceptable use

Do not use @You to harass, stalk, deceive, or monitor anyone, to store information you have no right to hold, or to send unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put people at risk or that abuse the service.

Availability and limits

@You depends on mobile carriers and third-party services, so delivery timing is not guaranteed. The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. @You is a helpful reminder service, not a substitute for medical, legal, or emergency support.

Ending your account

You may stop at any time by replying STOP to a message or deleting your account in settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved people, notes, and reminders.

Changes and contact

If we make material changes to these terms, we will let you know. For questions about these terms, contact support@atyou.me.
